Diabetes Nurse Required – Ongoing Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Diabetes Nurse for an ongoing onsite role based in the Swale area of Kent.
Role Details:
- Location: Swale, Kent
- Working Days: Thursday or Friday, plus Saturday
- Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Contract: Mid June - Ongoing
- Setting: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will undertake a range of diabetes nursing duties including, but not limited to:
- Medication reviews
- Management of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
- GLP-1 patient management (GLP-1 Accredited)
- Wound care
- Patient assessments and ongoing diabetes support
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in Diabetes care
- Previous experience working within a GP Surgery or Primary Care setting
- GLP-1 Accredited
- Independent Prescriber preferred, but not essential
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
