The Role As a Salaried GP, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a well-established primary care team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations Assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions Long-term condition management Preventative healthcare and health promotion Home visits when clinically appropriate Clinical administration, referrals, and results management Collaborative working with multidisciplinary teams, including ARRS staff Supporting patients to improve and manage their own health and wellbeing You will be encouraged to contribute to service development and help shape the future direction of primary care delivery within the practice.

What We're Looking For Essential Fully qualified General Practitioner Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List CCT/CCST in General Practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Confidence using clinical systems and remote consultation technology Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle Desirable MRCGP Interest in medical education or GP training Experience working within innovative primary care environments GPwSI interests What Makes This Opportunity Different?
